Meeting dates are scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month, with the following exceptions:
* The 1st Tuesday is January 1st and the 3rd Tuesday is January 15th
** The 1st Tuesday (May 6th) is Primary Election (no school)
*** The 1st Tuesday is July 1st
[there are 5 Tuesdays in July; therefore, it is possible to avoid meeting during July 4th week]
**** The 1st Tuesday, November 4, is Election Day
